Led by a former Division I scholarship swimmer and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Clinic Details: 📅 Date: Monday, August 4 🕡 Time: 6:30–7:30 PM 📍 Location: Belmont Pool 🏊 Skill Level: Must be able to swim independently 💪 Focus: Stroke improvement, endurance, and in-water strength Wellness Talk (7:30–7:40 PM): A short, empowering conversation for older kids, teens, and parents: “How sports like swimming lay the foundation for academic focus, mental resilience, and future opportunities — including scholarships.” 🔹 Covers: Discipline and time management The link between physical confidence and classroom success College athletic pathways and healthy self-leadership

Led by a former Division I swimmer and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, this session focuses on stroke refinement, breathing, and joint-friendly strength building — designed for adults who want to move better, feel better, and stay active for life. Clinic Details: 📅 Date: Monday, August 11 🕡 Time: 6:30–7:30 PM 📍 Location: Belmont Pool 🏊 Skill Level: All adults welcome (comfortable in the water) 💪 Focus: Stroke technique, low-impact strength, breathwork, stamina, and joint mobility Wellness Talk (7:30–7:40 PM): “You’ve worked hard for your future — but what good is retirement if your body can’t enjoy it?
